AGM 2024 online voting form
This year's Association AGM will be held on Saturday 12 October, 2024 at the Bath Road Church Centre. Further details here.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, we would be grateful if you could still record your member's vote on the various items, as detailed below and in the meeting agenda. You can do this by using the 2 web forms below. It should only take a few moments. You can vote anytime up to the start of the meeting, and it will hopefully ensure that the AGM reflects as far as possible the views of our membership.
Every adult member is entitled to vote.

Voting Form 1 - Elections
Members listed below, currently on the Committee, have offered to stand again and continue in their current roles. No other candidates have come forward at present; however nominations proposed at the AGM will be considered. Should anybody wish to put their name forward, please let the Association Secretary know details in advance if possible
For each member below, if you are are happy for them to continue in their role, please click the 'I vote in favour' option. You also have the option to abstain or to vote against if you so wish. You can also choose to allow the duly elected chair to vote for the other committee members on your behalf. Please complete your name, before selecting the appropriate options. Don't forget to click on 'submit' when you have completed the form. Then pass on to voting form 2 - Motions to the Membership.

There are currently two motions on the AGM agenda;
1. Setting the annual membership subscription for next year, from September 2024.
(The Associate/non-hosting membership subscription will remain at £10.00 per adult.)
2. The re-appointment of Peter Quas-Cohen as Association Accountant.
