AGM 2023 online voting form

Given that at least half of our members are away, or unavailable to attend, we have decided to hold a scaled down AGM at Sue Quas-Cohen's* on Saturday 14 October at 7:30pm. If you wish to attend please let us know in advance via email at friendsofoignies@gmail.com, in order that that Sue has an idea of numbers in advance.

We will also run a brief Zoom session* for any members who wish to raise or discuss any items, but are unable to attend the AGM in person. You will also be able to vote on elections and motions.

If you can't make the meeting in person, or the Zoom session, we would be grateful if you could still record your member's vote on the various items, as detailed below and in the meeting agenda. You can do this by using the 2 web forms below. It should only take a few moments, you can vote anytime up to the start of the meeting, and it will hopefully ensure that the AGM reflects as far as possible the views of our membership.

Every adult member is entitled to vote.

*We will send login details for the Zoom, as well as Sue's address a few days in advance of the AGM via email.
